Depending on the nature of the services rendered, the fee structure can vary from a success fee for pure Procurement projects, to a daily consulting fee, for Business Development projects, or speaking engagements, or to a mix of the two, if the Procurement consulting is required to extend to Workflow or Laboratory Redesign services.
The success fee is calculated based on savings produced by the negotiated contracts and will only be invoiced after the new conditions are in place and savings start to materialize. Our standard fee structure takes into consideration 5 year cooperation contracts (3-5 years if no new equipment needs to be purchased or rented), during which D-LAC will take a 25% commission on savings.
All analysis of the Procurement workflow and consulting is offered to the Customer free of charge, any subsequent analysis or consulting and project management services requested by the Customer will be priced in the consulting fee agreed with the Customer.
